MISC: Animations

These two animated projects came out of my last year at Loyola. The first project is a Beethoven poster that came to life using After Effects. For this short clip, I had the idea to show how the poster came to be and how each piece moved with and around each other to become the final composition.

The second project is an interview-turned-mini-movie. I interviewed one of my peers, Claire, and asked about her experience so far during the beginning stages of the pandemic. Although a tough subject, I tried to liven up the short clip using bright colors, which perfectly fit Claire’s bubbly personality.

This was an actual interview that I conducted with a classmate talking about her experience during the pandemic. I wanted to include some illustrations and used Procreate to create the illustrations, InDesign to assemble the pages, and After Effects
