My name is Rem and I’m a Chicago-based graphic designer currently working at Wintrust Financial Corporation.

I originally pursued a degree in psychology with the goal of becoming a speech therapist. However, I always felt that I needed to be somewhere else, studying something else. As someone who’s always been creative, I knew that I needed a change. I made my decision and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication from Loyola University Chicago, and from that point forward, my love and appreciation for design only grew stronger.

My dual nature goes beyond an astrological sign as I’ve found love for both creative and technical aspects within design. I have worked in creative agencies, tech and now, finance. The differences in each setting have only strengthened both my creative and technical skills, and my interest in bringing all of it together in my work.
