Under the guidance of BELLA’s creative director, I’ve been able to help create many of the article layouts. Although some of the article layouts that I’ve done have followed the same feel of past layouts, I’m still able to show what I’ve learned in designing new articles. I find these incredibly fun to put together, like puzzle pieces of images, text and other graphic elements. I source many different stock images for certain sections that require a little bit more than just the typography and images that companies provide. And at times, I get to add my own illustrations for all of the graphic elements I can’t source anywhere else.
